Private Mentorship — By Application

A handful of leaders.
Her undivided attention.

Everyone gets the blueprint. Few get the mentor. The Circle is Micky's personal mentorship practice — deliberately small, by application and referral only, and never bookable from a calendar link.

Why this stays small.

Everything else on this site — the books, The Blueprint Vault, the Blueprint Assistant, the corporate certification path — exists so that structure and mentorship thinking can reach as many leaders as possible without Micky in the room for every conversation.

The Circle is the exception on purpose. It's where she gives her own time, not a framework, to a small number of people at once. Keeping it small is what keeps it real.

What's capped

  • No more than six active mentorship relationships at a time
  • Direct access to Micky — not a rotating coach, not a team
  • Not listed for sale. No price is published; terms are set per relationship
  • Application and referral only — there is no public booking link
Who this is for

Not a stage. A specific kind of readiness.

Already carrying weight

You're leading a team, a department, or a company — not exploring whether leadership is for you.

Ready for structure, not sympathy

You want direct feedback and a real system, not encouragement alone.

Arriving with context

Most Circle members have already worked through the Vault, a book, or a corporate cohort — or come by direct referral.

How selection works

Three steps. No shortcuts.

Step 1

Apply

A short application — not a form asking you to sell yourself, just an honest picture of what you're leading and why now.

Step 2

Conversation

If it looks like a fit, a direct conversation with Micky — the same kind of steady, honest exchange she'd have with anyone already in The Circle.

Step 3

Selection

A small number of seats open each year. If the timing isn't right, you'll be pointed toward the Vault or a corporate cohort — not turned away with nothing.

Request consideration.

This isn't a booking form — it's read personally. Expect a considered reply, not an automated confirmation.

"I believe leadership should feel steady, not chaotic. That doesn't change because the room gets smaller — if anything, it matters more."
